Paying homage to our 1842 Adobe home, the light and bright Casteñada White is a decadent Rhône blend of Roussanne, Marsanne, Grenache Blanc and Viognier. Co-fermented and aged in large concrete eggs and Acacia, this winemaking process brings out the delicate floral notes of this special release. Enticing aromatics of pineapple flower, lemon verbena, and ginger greet you, as each bright sip passes your lips.⁠
