Perfect New Year’s Eve Pairing: Origin Chardonnay & Dungeness Crab
Here in the North Bay, there is no Winter wine & food pairing we look forward to more than Chardonnay and fresh Dungeness crab. The two are simply made for each other.

There are a lot of fancy recipes out there for crab if you're feeling fancy:
- Oven Roasted Crab - from Epicurious:

But our very favorite way is to enjoy fresh steamed Dungeness crab is served simply, with melted butter, warm crusty San Francisco sourdough bread ... and a generous side of Three Sticks Origin Chardonnay. A match made in heaven, and the perfect way to welcome the New Year.

Wishing you and yours a very Happy New Year - Cheers from all of us here at Three Sticks Wines!
