Sarah joined the Three Sticks team in 2023 to lead direct-to-consumer sales and marketing strategy. Originally from South Florida, her love of food and wine led her to Napa in 2017. Before joining Three Sticks, she served as General Manager at a boutique family-owned winery, overseeing operations, sales, and marketing. She thrives on digging into the data to create more personalized and impactful customer connections. Outside of work, you’ll find her exploring Sonoma County with her husband and dog.
