We are VERY excited to announced two exquisite Wine & Food experiences are now available at the Adobe! We have partnered with Chef Armando Navarro of our amazing neighbor El Dorado Kitchen, to craft two unique experiences for our visitors.

If you walk out the Adobe garden gate into our private parking lot, El Dorado Kitchen (lovingly referred to by locals simply as EDK) is just a short stroll to the corner. Chef Navarro has curated two fabulous food pairings to offer our guests – each paired with a sampling of Three Sticks wines. Let us know which suits you best:

  • Food and Wine Pairing: 5 wines, $85 pp
    Culinary flight of small bites perfectly paired to match the first of our 2013 vintages:
    Durell Vineyard "ORIGIN" Chardonnay  paired with Scallop with Fire-Roasted Cauliflower
    Durell Vineyard Chardonnay paired with Chilled Sweet Corn Soup
    Russian River Valley Pinot Noir paired with Roasted Beets with Horseradish Fennel 
    Sta. Rita Hills, Pinot Noir "The James" paired with Beef Short Rib, Peas and Leeks
    Bien Nacido Vineyard Pinot Noir paired with Pork Rillette, Cornichons, Whole Grain Mustard
    Note: pairings will change seasonally

  • Private Luncheon: 6 wines, $200 pp
    Three Courses along with six wines privately served at our historic Adobe property:
    Our Private Luncheon experience begins with a glass of wine and a leisurely private tour of the Adobe and gardens.  Your party will be seated in the Storehouse to enjoy a three-course seasonal menu curated by Chef Navarro to pair with current and limited release Three Sticks wines.
