IS THERE A FEE ASSOCIATED WITH BEING A CLUB ALLOCATION MEMBER?

There is no joining or cancellation fee. The only costs you will see are your bi-annual spring and fall allocations. We do ask that you take a minimum of two club orders. Your membership will remain active until you cancel.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT CLUB MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS?

El Capitan; receiving 6 bottles, twice a year El General; receiving 12 bottles, twice a year Mariposa membership; 2 two cases in spring, 3 in fall.

IS MY CLUB CUSTOMIZABLE?

Our top-tier membership, Mariposa, is 100% customizable. Selections are based on inventory, and members receive first access to all new wines. All subsequent clubs are offered as mixed, receiving chardonnay and pinot noir, pinot only, or white wine only.

WHEN DO YOUR RELEASES HAPPEN?

Our allocation releases happen bi-annually in Spring and Fall. Our Spring allocation is billed the first week of February and shipped complimentary ground transit in early March. Our Fall allocation is billed on the first week of August and shipped complimentary ground transit in October when it's safe to ship due to temperatures. Upgrading to expedited shipping is always an option we are happy to accommodate.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ALLOCATION?

Storing and transporting your wine safely is our top priority. We offer pick up at our Sonoma Adobe home as soon as you are billed and can hold your wine for 45 days. After that, a $20 handling fee will be charged for collection. Shipping is scheduled based on the weather. We offer both UPS or FedEx ground- which is complimentary to members in spring, and club shipments are released in early March for all states. In Fall, California ships in September, Northern states in early October, and Southern states in late October or early November.

WHAT EVENTS AND HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE DO YOU OFFER CLUB MEMBERS?

As a valued member of our wine club, we are committed to providing exceptional hospitality experiences that deepen your connection with our wines and winery. Our offerings include a range of events throughout the year, such as Member Appreciation Week in the spring and fall, where we open the Adobe specially for members only, providing special pours and surprise treats. Our bi-annual release events, Destination Durell and Home for Harvest offer preferred pricing and access to our club members first. If you're looking for a more intimate setting, our Member Lounge provides a private and relaxed space to enjoy a glass of wine.

WHAT IS THE MEMBER LOUNGE?

The member lounge is part of the Adobe and a dedicated space you and your group can join for informal experiences like club flights or purchase a bottle to enjoy. Perfect for when the focus is less educational and more social. Small bite offerings coming this summer!

I AM LOCAL AND WANT TO COLLECT MY WINES; WHEN AND WHERE CAN I DO THAT?

During our bi-annual releases, we have Member Week, where we close the Adobe to the public. You may pick up your wines during this week or coordinate a time that works best for you. We will hold your order for 45 days before we charge and ship your wine.

DO I AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE WINE FROM YOUR OTHER SEASONAL RELEASES?

No. Our Casteñada Collection Wines and Pinot Blanc releases are not automatically billed and shipped. As a member, you receive guaranteed first access to these wines before the public.

CAN I BRING MY CHILD OR DOG?

Unfortunately, due to permitting and the historic nature of the property, we do not allow pets or guests under 21 years old. This includes babies and toddlers.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we can ship internationally. Prices will vary based on the destination, bottle quantity, and possible duty fees that the recipient pays.

CAN I GIFT MY MEMBER BENEFITS?

Yes! If you cannot visit the Adobe, or if you know a wine-loving friend headed to Sonoma, please contact our concierge team, who will help coordinate.

DO WE RECEIVE DISCOUNTS ON WINES?

Due to our limited production, we do not discount our wines.

DO ALL ORDERS SHIP FREE?

Ground shipping is covered for all wine club orders. Mariposa members receive complimentary ground shipping on all orders. Members of the El General membership receive complimentary ground shipping on all orders of 6 bottles or more. During release periods, we offer competitive shipping rates dependent on volume.

WHAT IS THE LARGEST GROUP YOU TAKE?

The largest group we are able to welcome for a seated, focused tasting is 8. However, we are happy to talk through options for you, so please get in touch with our concierge team for a request for anything larger - concierge@threestickswines.com | 707 996 3328 x105

ARE YOU OPEN FOR LUNCH/DINNER/PICNICS?

While we do offer experiences with food components and a private luncheon for our top-tier members, we do not allow outside food or drinks.

CAN I COME IN FOR A TASTING WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT?

To ensure that you have the best possible experience, our tastings are offered by appointment only. If you are an allocation member, we offer our member lounge for a more informal tasting experience at the Adobe.
