An Evening with Bill Price.
Join us at Chef Chai for a wine dinner hosted by our Proprietor, Bill Price III, who calls the islands home. Known to his surfer friends as Billy Three Sticks, the nickname that inspired our name, this evening is a true reflection of place and story.
It will be a night of delicious wines, exceptional food, and stories that could only come from Bill himself. We hope you can join us.
All reservations are made directly through the restaurant. Please follow the booking instructions below or call Chef Chai directly at (808) 585-0011.
To ensure your group is seated together, we recommend booking a single table rather than individual reservations. One guest is welcome to reserve on behalf of the group, and individual checks can still be provided at the end of the evening.
BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Using the booking link here, please navigate to April 28. From there, you can select your preferred arrival time: 5:30 PM, 5:45 PM, or 6:00 PM.
Dinner will begin at 6:00 PM for all reservations, so feel free to choose the arrival time that works best for your group. Once selected, please choose “Standard Dining Room,” where you’ll then see the option for the Three Sticks Wine Dinner.
