Heritage Eats & Mother's Tacos

A globally inspired fast casual restaurant opened in 2015, the culinary team at Heritage Eats is excited to execute a whole-animal, live-fire menu for this event. Utilizing the famed 'La Caja China' roasting boxes, the team will be slow cooking multiple whole pigs to be served to the Three Sticks community.

Fifth in the line of fast-casual concepts from the founders of Heritage Eats, Mothers Tacos serves Mexico City-style tacos featuring handmade tortillas, from-scratch salsas, and high-quality, seasoned meats. Located in Napa, in just a year, Mothers has been recognized as serving some of the best tacos the Bay Area has to offer.
