Making Temaki Sushi Hand-Rolls With Chef Kyle Connaughton of Singlethread Farms

In 2020, we partnered with Chef Kyle Connaughton of Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant, SingleThread Farms, to support local non-profit organization, Sonoma Family Meal. Sonoma Family Meal is a network of chefs, farmers, and food producers fighting food insecurity in disasters.

Kyle and his culinary team skillfully composed incredible Temaki sushi hand-roll meal kits to pair with our 2018 Durell Vineyard Pinot Blanc. $10 of each bottle sold was donated to this noteworthy cause and all 400 kits sold out within minutes.
