Three Sticks Wines was recently featured on CBS News in a story that feels especially close to our hearts. In recognition of Women’s History Month, our Co-founder and President, Prema Kerollis, sat down to share her journey as a woman leader in the Sonoma wine industry, her deep love for Sonoma County, and what it means to build a winery where 70% of employees are women.
The feature also spotlights the remarkable Karen MacNeil, one of the most respected and celebrated voices in American wine, reflecting on how far the wine industry has come for women and where it is headed.
At Three Sticks Wines, women in wine, female leadership in winemaking, and an inclusive, people-first culture are not just talking points. They are woven into everything we do. We are proud to be a woman-led winery in Sonoma, and deeply grateful to CBS News for shining a light on the story, and grateful to Karen MacNeil for thinking to include us.
