Something extraordinary is taking root in Dry Creek Valley.

We are honored to be a creative partner for the inaugural FieldNotes by SingleThread, a full-day gathering that celebrates the richness of Sonoma County through food, wine, and conversation.

SingleThread holds the rare distinction of three Michelin stars, a place on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, and, most recently, the Sustainable Restaurant Award in the 2025 North America’s 50 Best Restaurants. Their commitment to excellence and stewardship of the land echoes the values we live by at Three Sticks. FieldNotes is an experiment that we have undertaken with SingleThread to weave together the truly unique and special history, innovations, and diversity of what grows in Sonoma County, as seen through the focused lens of culinary excellence and vintner legacy. We have dreams of this event growing into a showcase of what makes this fertile and wild corner of the world one of the most exciting places to grow and make unforgettable food and wine.

On Saturday, October 18th, SingleThread will open its farm gates for a day filled with hands-on workshops, shared meals, and thought-provoking panels that explore the unique connections between land, craft, and community. It’s an intimate, one-of-a-kind experience that reflects the spirit of Sonoma County through the culinary and vintner lens. Tickets sold out immediately.

The evening will feature a farm-to-table tasting menu set amidst the fields, featuring some of the celebrated chefs and wineries of Northern California. Enjoy the incredible food of Chefs Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krazinski of State Bird, The Progress and Anchovy Bar, Chef Matt Kammerer of Harbor House, and Chef Kyle and Katina Connaughton of SingleThread, along with an incredible array of Sonoma County wines, including Three Sticks.

A truly unique experience that marks just the beginning of what’s to come. It will be an unforgettable celebration of kinship and the beauty of Sonoma County. Our intention is that this is an experience that people will never forget: one that will leave them changed.
