THREE STICKS WINES LOYALTY PROGRAM: TERMS & CONDITIONS

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Three Sticks Wines Loyalty Program rewards members through points earned on qualifying purchases and experiences. Points may be redeemed toward select tasting room experiences and are subject to availability. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

EARNING POINTS
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases, including club shipments, tasting room purchases, online orders, and events and experiences. Double points are earned on all event purchases. Bonus earning opportunities may be offered from time to time and will be communicated to members in advance.

REDEEMING POINTS
Points may be redeemed toward the following experiences at the Three Sticks tasting room:

Glass of Wine: 250 points
Lunch Experience: 1,000 points
Private VIP Dinner: 20,000 points

A minimum of 250 points is required to redeem. Redemptions are available in person at the tasting room only, subject to availability, and are non-refundable.

POINT EXPIRATION
Points do not expire provided your account remains active. Accounts with no qualifying activity for 36 consecutive months may be considered inactive, and points may be forfeited.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Participation is limited to club members 21 years of age or older. One account per member. Three Sticks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time. The Program is governed by the laws of the State of California.
